Product Warranty

Digital Link backs up all of its products with a warranty of 1 year. Any product that is found to be defective (manufacture, materials, or design) will be accepted for an exchange or the total amount paid will be refunded (minus shipping charges)

This warranty is valid within 1 year after the date of purchase.

Additionally, please note that by purchasing with our company you accept the terms of this warranty, and the warranty will be invalid if you open or try to fix the product yourself.

Return Policy

Digital Link will accept any return of its products. This product must have been purchased in the period of 15 days. The product must be returned with all of its original package and contents. If the product is defective the customer can also get a replacement within 1 year (product warranty). Prior to returning the product, the customer must inform Digital Link of the problem and must receive the instructions on how to return the product. Digital Link will provide the customer with instructions for the return and information about the exchange or refund.

If the product is returned within 15 days after the date of purchase, Digital Link will refund the total amount paid minus shipping charges and minus 15% restocking fee.
